You are viewing the central page for all sports registration for Village of Champions Sports. You will be able to register for more than one sport per child. Each sport has different registration cost so please make sure you click on the appropriate sport you want for your child.
When you are registering, make sure you read the program rules and policies. Refunds are on a case by case bases for all programs.
Once you register your child's information, the information will be stored in sports engine data base. When you are registering your child for another sport or activity, you won't have to complete a whole new registration for each sport.
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.
Parents/Coaches can register online, in person or pay by money order or cashier's check Monday thru Saturday 8am-5pm.
Soccer for U8, U11, U12, U13 male & female..................$40 (annual club fees)
Basketball (Smart Start program)....................$65 6 weeks (Ages 3-5)-$5 discount if registered by January 31, 2019.

This year Village of Champions Sports will be collaborating with the Ivy Hill Football Association. We will be servicing over 100 youth to play the game of football. The training program will prepare youth to participate in USA Flag Football tournaments and qualify for the National Tournaments. Click on the flyer below to register.
If your child is a member of the Wolfpack Soccer club or any of our other sports traveling teams, please click on the email envelope image at the bottom of this page to receive your one time user discount code prior to registering. One time use discount code is $5 per child. If you are registering a sibling, see below.
You will recieved a $5 discount if you are registering more than one child. If the additional child you are registering is the sibling of the first child, you are eligible to register that child and any other sibling after that.
Example: A mother registers Steven at $40, afterwards, she wants to register Adam (brother of Steven), Adam's cost will be $35. The mother then wants to register Nicole (Sister of Steven and Adam), Nicole cost will be $35.
In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple children, please register all of your children at one time.
On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on the link to ensure that all of your children are registered within the same order.

Any child who is unable to attend a program for any reason will receive full credit for the purchased amount to be applied toward any other programs for for future programs. Credits never expire and are transferable. Parents cancelling programs, will be charged a $35 cancellation fee per program. To qualify for early cancellation, parents must cancel 2 days prior to the start of any program. (Note: will be charged $35 cancellation fee)
